Above is the basic layout and size of the room and doors that we all agreed to work with.
For Jay's miniature furniture, Nic's moving hand and the final sequence of the eye we used a green screen set up to film and photograph
These are examples of the rooms being processed in After Effects, not in running order. The last three pictures both use painting stop frame effects to either have within the room or along the walls.
